Super rude! When I call to make an appointment, the receptionist was rather mean, and cut me off when I am speaking. Unexpectedly puts you on hold while you are still talking. In the office I witnessed rudeness towards other patients, smart-a$$ condescending remarks. I am looking for another dentist. The receptionist/office manager behaves like I have to beg to be served. The office could use a good cleaning and some tidying up too! I also didn't like the way my teeth were cleaned (no I didn't bother to complain, what's the use).

The receptionist was horrible. They have no manners. They don't know how to answer questions, they are very rude

I have been coming to Concerned Dental Care for over 16 years and every time I come the service is great. I am greeted with professional courtesy and respect. I would recommend attending this office for dental care.

I brought my neice to the South Ozone Park location for the first time and the doctor, receptionist and staff were courteous, professional and very helpful, However, the office manager has major attitude. If you go to this office stay away from her. I was texting my daughter when this lady (I'll just initial her name as "A" ) comes flying across the room moving chairs just to point out to a sign that read no cell phones, in front of everyone else in the waiting room, i thought she was going to hit me or something. I then asked if i can speak to the receptionist and she replied "she's not here i am" in a rude tone. Geez. and shes the off. mgr.?? i feel sorry for the staff!!!!
