In a world filled with incompetence, apathy and dishonesty it is refreshing to meet a true professional who takes pride in his work. In a past 10 years or so that I have been using a computer I had a misfortune of dealing with many so-called computer geeks, for the most part the were inefficient and incompetent. Michael on the other hand was knowledgeable, honest and he really knows his staff. Here I was. Ready to throw my computer out of the window, when as a last ditch effort I called Pcmacexpress, the same day technician came to my house, about 45 minutes later my computer was running like new. They succeeded where others have failed at the most reasonable price. These guys are real pros!
