After nearly 20 years with this team of providers I had to make the painful choice to leave. The doctors are mediocre and the desk staff are morons. They gave me an appointment with my primary care Dr. but neglected to tell me they where gone from the clinic. I call this an ass hole!

just to make aware how the phone which is vital for information, and to assist people in locating different departments is a good thing. However the phone systems in this hospital is design to discourage the person to call: because they take forever to pick up the phone,, and then the person on the other side of the phone is nasty..I think your over worked and i would like to feel sorry for you, however since you cant help being a slave for money "please do your job", and dont take it out on people who are getting care..
