This is not the first time I have used Chelsea Diagnostics. I have usually found the staff friendly and helpful. The consistent problem with the facility is schedeling. You get a firm appointment and you still wait hours. People walk in and seem to be taken before those of who have appointments. I just finished, the technician was great, but I waited an hour and a half to see her. They need to fix this issue!

This place didnt send my results to my doctor even after the radiologist said they will after one day.. But one week after, nothing.. Another thing I did, I called to schedule for an ultrasound. Front desk didnt sound very helpful. Was almost sarcastic tone. I was very nice to her at first but then i got pissed and I myself changed my tone after awhile. She is the frontline of this company, she should be fired!
