HORRIBLE I CALLED FOR A CAB ... DISPATCHER SAID 4 MINUTES THE DRIVER DIDNT SHOW UP UNTIL 35 MIN LATER ALL WHILE I STOOD OUTSIDE WAITING NEVER AGAIN ! ILL BE CALLING KISS FROM NOW ON WHEN THEY SAY 3 MIN ITS 3 MIN SMH ... THEN I GIVE HIM MY ADDRESS AND HE TAKES IT AMONGST HIS SELF TO DRIVE ME TO A DIFFERENT DESTINATION WHEN MY ADDRESS WAS IN THE GPS ... BEYOND FRUSTATING !!!!

Dispatcher extremely rude. Attitude, vulgar and disrespectful. She should not be representing the company, no professionalism whatsoever. I have more than one incident with this person. I love the drivers in this company jus change that dispatcher

community has the laziest set of drivers around town. I have called them several times and they had no cabs available. Kmt
they need to do better.
