Comfort Inn Sunset Park / Park Slope

Came here at least twice a week you would think they would value the business the got from me but wrong the front desk was RUDE the indian man and lady the lady made comments about my boyfriend "tell him not to come if he isnt happy" they called to let us know it was checkout time by yelling and rushing us out when there was noone there waiting for a room she also continued to argue with my boyfriend... The maids walked into our room without permisson on us butt naked they also would be laughing and screaming with each other while we tried to sleep! We found MANY stains on the sheets which we couldnt figure what it was but DEFINITELY looked like blood!! The rooms smelled disgusting and i seen a small bug crawling on the side of the sheet which looked like a bed bug but since i only seen one it was hard to tell .. I do not reccommend any one stAy here there are plenty of hotels near by this place should be shut down and the staff should all be fired !!!!!!!!

Disgusting!! Staff was rude and rushed us out at minutes past noon. No good parking. Bed linens were dirty and the extra were even dirtier! Room temperature couldn't be adjusted. Almost died from heat exhaustion!! Carpets hadn't been vacuumed! Totally one of the worst hotels I have ever been in!!

Terrible hotel experience, in fact the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Rooms seem clean until you look at your sheets which all have questionable stains. Towels with questionable stains as well. Asked to have sheets changed and was told by the manager to come down and get the sheet at the lobby so that I may change them myself. Asked for a room change since management did not have staff on schedule to change sheets for me, second room equally dirty so ended up changing the sheets myself and slept without any blanket or comforter as those were on top of stained sheets and felt unsanitary to use. Management simply rude and unable to function at the most basic levels of customer service requests when asked without attitude. Very limited parking with a few spots for first come, first get offer. WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

The rooms were very clean, reasonably priced and the staff was very nice even helping with directions to the hotel when we got lost and staying on the phone with is until we got there. The rooms were a little smaller then expected, but ok. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

I'm the business owner of a credit repair company, Expert Credit Sweeps, and travel a lot for work. I have stayed here MANY times with my husband and our infant son. The staff are utterly helpful and kind - the front desk staff as well as housekeeping. Contrary to other hotels in the area, they have their own parking behind the building, as well as a few spots in front. It is close to the subway at 36th St., and right off of the Belt Parkway. I would recommend this hotel!
