The hotel was clean. The breakfast was good. But the room was too small. The bed was too soft. It sank a lot when I slept on. I could not stretch my neck.. Feeling uncomfortable.

- Terrible #138508

Tiny room. Bad behaving front desk lady. They misplaced my reservation and as a compensation, the managing director of the hotel promised me 5000 choicehotel points. However, they never actually gave it. Total Fraud.

This place is by far the greatest hotel in NYC. The only reason it doesnt get 6 stars is because it doesnt allow me. The customer service is great as soon as you walk through the door. The receptionist Imen was so helpful. I was looking for places to take the kids and my wife and she was able to direct me to the perfect spot. A big thanks to the front desk for making everything so much easier and a great time. Thanks Imen
