Very positive experience. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the room was larger than it appeared in the photos. The halls and elevator were small as expected in an older building. Breakfast was delish!!! And the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Perfect place to stay in NYC. Staff is well behaved and trained. Rooms are clean and odorless. The person name Farhan Khan, I guess he is an assistant manager, helped me with directions and places in NYC to make my trip worthy. I appreciate his help and others in the hotel. Definitely staying in this hotel every time I visit NY.

This hotel is not a safe place to be because of all the health and safety violations. This hotel is a fire hazard because it has furniture and cleaning carts stored in the hallways obstructing the walkway to the elevator. One elevator in the entire hotel. Everything the hotel said it had... was a LIE. I ask "can I see the Thanksgiving Day Parade from my room" answer Yes just look out your window. This is a lie, the hotel is one block away from the Parade. I was promised a cot for my grandchild, I did not get it, "they were all out, Sorry.'
