Comfort Inn Brooklyn City Center

Terrible! Nothing what we expected! Parking is super tight and bad. Bad area, bunch of weird activity going on. Rooms smell like urine. Bathrooms are dirty and hair everywhere. We will never stay here again and we will def pay extra for a better hotel. Be careful with the dollar cab..bunch of crazies!

Dirty, don't do hours only over nights and it's not worth their price. Shame on you

I didn't like nothing about this hotel and I most definitely won't refer anyone. It's a shame I came to NY for the weekend, decided to stay at this hotel and it was by far the worst I have ever come across. For $208.00 a night (weekend) I would at least expect clean, stainless sheets, clean shower curtain, working remote and lamps and at least clean furniture. The night stands were stained with coffee or whatever marks it was just a horrible stay and to top it off I had my kids with me. The lady at the front desk with the different colour hair was rude she even told me it was a 5 star hotel it was more like a no star hotel, upon arrival as we were entering a trio was leaving and they reek of mariguana I mean the elevator everything thing just stink of weed. I was suppose to leave out at 12 noon at 7 in the morning me and my kids were out of there. Please choose wisely people especially if you have to pay that amount you should at least be comfortable

This place is really in an awful neighborhood and not close to anywhere you'd want to be. My room smells and is only half-assed clean. Also, free parking yes, but it's really tight.
