Great building, great amenities, great build-quality, beautifully maintained, and great location... Plus, a truly wonderful staff that is friendly, responsive, and eager to help make your experience living here enjoyable. Plus... sandwiched between Whole Foods and Central Park is really quite a luxurious lifestyle!

What a toilet this place is !!! 801 Amsterdam AVE..2 Elevators in building and both not working all day 2-17-2015 lady in wheel chair lives in the building and she is screwed !!! People with dogs and some very senior dogs and they live on the 16th floor. They are screwed. If you have groceries good luck !!!! Does the building have extra people working to help tenants bring there stuff up ?? That would be a big NO !!!! Crummy run down lobby and service hall. Service hall heater never turned on and then sprinkler pipe froze and flooded 3rd floor and elevators are shot. This is what you get for $6500 per month.
