i have been taking my 5 year old Puggle Spanky there since he was small and they do it in 5 minutes to his sensitive paws and he never so much as wimpers all the while his tail is wagging! highly recomend!

I brought my dog there to get groomed and when I went to pick him up his nails were all uneven, rough, and sharp. He was petrified..when I got home he ran to his cage and wouldn't come out for about 5-6 hours. When he finally came out he wouldn't leave my lap and has been shaking all night long. He went in at 9 am it is now 1 am in the morning and he's still shaking nonstop and will not leave my room. He also is being very protective over his back end and will not let anyone go near it.
