Be careful when you make an offer on any property that is listed with this office. They take your offer and write the contract, then, while you're in attorney review, they shop it around and if they can get more, they have their seller cancel your contract and take the higher one. YES! While you're in attorney review...after you've agreed to all their stipulations...with an ALL CASH offer. The listing agents are not honest people!
