Of course Cold Stone is undeniably great ice cream but terrible service can make even eating ice cream a drag. I live in Hoboken and the people that work there are rude. And the tables and floors are dirty on top of it being slow service . The caramel apples are made poorly as well.

It's the best ice-cream I have had in a while. Try it if you get a chance. It's slow service, though, even with a little rush, but it's worth the wait

Nice that we have a cold stone here in hoboken. Wish there was one in jersey city

Don't order online it will take over 2 hr. How can it take this long for ice cream you do t even cook it. If you can't get the order to the costumer then don't offer delivery.
