The most disgusting experience ever. The manager, Eugene, has the most terrible attitude. He is disrespectful and judgmental. Not only have I had one bad experience from this place, I have had three. My first time I had to cal and make sure they had my first order. It turns out that they lost the order. On the second time I called to confirm my order and it got a thumbs up until I went to pick up the cake. They said they never received an order. My third and LAST time, I went in to order the cake. Eugene judged me based on the way I was dressed (old jeans and a sweatshirt). He did not want to help me at all. I waited on line for my turn and he ignored me. He rudely asked me if I had money to pay for the cake. I called later only to find out he is the manager. I told him how disrespected I felt and he came off aggressive.

It's 5:13pm. The door is locked. The sign says open til 10 pm. There is a hand written note on the door that reads " be right back". There is a kid sitting in a chair, inside the store in the back. He saw me and pull his chair out of view. I've been waiting for half a hour. I'll never come here again.
