Quality Italian food for decent price

The food from Brother's has to be one of the best food spots in Howard Beach! However what brings me here is the HORRIBLE customer service we received. Today, I ordered two wraps for delivery and when I asked the person over the phone how much the total was going to be, she rudely dismissed me by saying "I don't have a calculator in front of me! Its a 2.00 delivery charge and the wraps are $9.95 each." Other then that, the delivery guy couldn't of even found my house and called me 3x to confirm which is okay.. but then when he got here, we asked him for the price and so he said $21.00, when we gave him the cash he rudely asked if we were going to tip him and because he came off so rude we decided not too, that when he said to us "Tips are all I work off of, you people are cheap and don't ever order from us again!" From this horrible experience, I've been so turned off to even eat my food from this place...

I can't believe that I'm the first person to review them we had a hair salon a couple stores down from brothers for the past 20 years called enzo's and we ordered food from them daily. to this day their quality has only improved I don't know how anyone in this community has not left any feedback for this incredible establishment the chicken scampi is out of this world but hero is the veal marsala .and their potato croquettes are amazing ,the stuffed rigatoni's are unbelievable these three brothers are the most dedicated and friendly and I'm only looking forward to one day them opening up a restaurant
