I went there and bought a Cookies n Cream milk shake. It was more sweet cream icecream than cookies. Really disappointed by that, could have walked over to the dunkin donut/baskin robbin and gotten a better shake for less.

Extremley poor service due to the manager "Ann" i went in on a thursday at 10pm and "Ann" the manager wouldnt honor a $5 coupon valid in NY she embaressed me infront of my wife and the hole line and made a scene over something so silly, ill never go back again. Just go to carvel they acually hire people who can speak english an care about the customer.

Cold Stone Creamery is the GREATEST. Though I haven't been there in quite some time as I no longer own a car I remember how delicious it was when I went. They take the flavor you pick then put it on a marble counter top and mix in your favorite toppings. My favorite flavor ice cream is Cookie Dough and another one named something like Birthday Party. I wish someone would open a Cold Stone Creamery on my side of Staten Island
