Ruth (I'm guessing that was her name) was absolutely unprofessional on the phone when I spoke with her. All I did was ask a simple question and was met with her screaming at me. I have never been treated like this before by someone in a business (especially before walking in the door). She lost a customer before she even took any of my money. I don't even know how she is business-wise. but now I'll never know.

Having made two B'nai Mitvahs in recent years, we now find ourselves with a wedding on our hands. Our recollection from the prior experiences was that the invitations were the most labor intensive, maddening part of the entire process. Instead of proceeding as we had previously, by going to a store that had shelves of invitation books that we, as customers, were expected to help ourselves to, we were lucky enough to find Ruth Cohen. Ruth's store also had shelves of invitations books, but she knew what was in each one of them, and after listening to what we thought we wanted was able to quickly find invitations in the style and price range that surpassed our expectations. We then prepared the language for the invitations and each of the inserts and emailed them to Ruth. Within 2-3 days Ruth emailed back to us the beautiful proofs that she had so carefully and professionally formatted. Once we agreed on the final proofs, the invitations arrived in her store in about two weeks time. The finished product was superb and it was so much less stressful than our previous experiences.

Ruth truly wants to please her customers and have them leave happy. She is always responsive to requests and it was a pleasure to work with her.

Ruth is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is creative and pleasant, hard working, and gives a great product for an even better price. She has a great eye for color and layout. Two thumbs way up.

I had an amazing experience with Ruth! Besides for being fun to work with, she will make sure you end up with the invitation you are envisioning. She has the skill and beautiful invitations, and a lot of patience working with you. She is great, and plan on using her again and again.

Ruth was absolutely amazing. Everyone has complimented our wedding invitations. They are more beautiful than we expected! She did the calligraphy on the envelopes as well. Everything turned out so well! We had a unique RSVP card, and she worked with us to structure the RSVP card. When the invitation company did not do a good job initially drafting the invitation and the RSVP card, she took the initiative to fix everything so that it would look beautiful. She was very patient as we went through numerous iterations of the RSVP cards and asked her continuous questions. Ruth is just a pleasure to work with. I would recommend her to anyone. She is also prompt, which was greatly appreciated when planning a wedding!
