I thought that it was time for my son {8yrs old} to have an exercise class other than video games . I showed him a you tube video of Codella Academy and he was a little intimidated cause although there were kids his age he only saw big people working out, so I made a deal with him, if he went 1 time and tried the free class if he liked it he would decide whether or not to join. He gave it a try and loves it. Now he's reminding me when he has class

It's a Factory of fighters. Best instructors and great ownership and management. Every kid should take lessons at this school.

Great place, tremendous mat space, cage , ring, super technical instructors, Mike Codella taught by the legend Renzo Gracie himself, no watered down fake Jiu Jitsu. Cool, nice , no ego guys who are super tough! The kids are amazing also!!
