Truly awful. The workers were rude and clearly were talking about the clients. They were very rough. To make matters worse, they did not soak my hands before cutting cuticles and they did not clean the equipment when they were done. Will not go back again!

This is the best place to get your nails done ! Thanks to a friend who recommended me to get my nails done here. I had gel nails and my nails have lasted me at least 3 weeks ! Heidy does a great job !

There is a new girl working there...avoid her! She is the only Hispanic girl there; she did not have a name tag but she is from Ecuador and has no idea how to give a good pedicure! She didn't wash the exfoliating lotion right, her massage was not good at all and she left one of my toenails jagged on the side that I had to file myself before it became an ingrown nail! Everyone else that I've gone to at Coco has done a good job and I'm usually pleased with the service but I just felt like I had to warn people about this new girl! Youre welcome!

Coco nail is the BEST nail salon in Brooklyn/Bensonhurst!!! Great atmosphere,Friendly manicurists, wide variety of OPI and Essie brand nail polishes! And extremly santitary!! It is so worth going to Coco's they use different kinds of nail treatments such as nailtec and a quick dry for no additional charge! Not to mention they have a 5 day no chip policy! They use LCN drying lamps instead of the typical drying fan. Me and my girlfriends dumped our old salons and are Coco girls now!! Heidi,Nicole,Jenny and Yin are our FAVS!

Today was my first time in Coco Nail, and I WILL be back. Service is perfect, fancy place, nice atmosphere, Staff speak and understand English which is rare among Asian salons. They treat your nails like their own, they care about you, use good products. The salon is busy all the time when I'm passing by it.
