Very simply, everybody at this company lies. I was scheduled to have my stuff picked up on a Friday but they didn't show up Friday, Saturday or Sunday and then I canceled.

This may have been the worst experience I have had with any company, moving or otherwise. I paid a 30% deposit 11 days prior to pick-up date to "reserve" my date. I was told the dispatcher would call me 48 hours before the pick-up date to verify everything and set a specific pickup time. That call never came so it was up to me call them. The first dispatcher phone number I was given never answered the phone and to this day I still have not spoken with anybody at that number. Then I was given a second phone number for dispatcher Joe. He answered his phone but the only news he had for me was that my stuff could not be picked up on the agreed upon Friday but rather they could be there 10 am Saturday. Reluctantly I agreed. Saturday morning came but no truck arrived. Again I called Joe but this time he didn't answer and his voice mail is full so you can't leave a message. I called him 5 or 6 times before he finally answered and the only info he had for me was a new phone number. Now I was to contact my driver named Udi and he will tell me when he will arrive at my house. After multiple tries I finally get to talk to Udi and he said the earliest he can get to my house is Sunday morning between 9 and 10. Again reluctantly I agreed. I also received a verification call later that evening and this was the first time I felt good about the situation. That was short lived because when Sunday morning came again there was no truck. Udi finally called me around 11 to tell me that he couldn't find any place to empty his currant load and he wasn't sure when he could make it to my house. About an hour later I received a call from another driver who said that he could pickup my stuff at 10am Monday morning. I told him not to worry about and I would find a new moving company.
Today (Monday) I called to get my deposit back and again I was directed to Joe and told he had to take care of cancelations. Joe was friendly and said I should see the refund on my credit card in two days but based on my previous experience with Joe I bet I'll have to call him again to two days to see where my money is.
