Basic Moving & Storage

This is our second time using Basic Moving. Our move three years ago went great. This time we had much more stuff and two babies moving into our first house. I can honestly say that the only aspect of getting our first house that went exceptionally smooth and stress-free was our moving experience.

Ben was our move coordinator and he was very detailed and expressed great concern that every aspect of the move would fit our needs and expectations.

I was very concerned about the new finished hardwood floors and the Petrof Grand Piano. On the moving date, the movers padded the entire house and even attached the floor protectors on every piece of furniture before placing them. The Grand Piano was a breathtaking experience and we applauded the movers when they got it in to the new home.

Throughout the whole process, we felt that we were really cared for. I definitely recommend them to everyone.

I work for TSI, an outstanding IT Support firm in Midtown. Recently, we needed to have a large printer moved from our office to a client's office. I checked around and came across Basic Moving.

From the moment I called, they listened and made sure they understood what I needed. They gave me options. They made an appointment when I needed it.

When their staff came, the gentlemen were very courteous. They quickly, but carefully, moved the printer. I didn't have to worry about certificates of insurance. Basic's office team had already taken care of that.

The next time TSI needs a large piece of equipment moved, I won't need to call around. All I'll need to do is call Basic Moving
