Beautiful hotel room! We were extremely comfortable here. We even slept great in the queen sized bed, even though we are used to a king. Our room was tiny but felt more spacious as the trip progressed. It was, however, nicely appointed and comfortable despite the small space. Great location in Downtown Manhattan!

Great view from restaurant terrace, but small, spartan rooms/bathroom. Beds are quite comfortable but the hotel is better suited for business travelers and is reflected in the design. malfunctioning elevators while we were there made for aggravating wait times on a regular basis.

Very nice hotel, modern design with nice amenities. Staff is friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are clean, my one complaint would be the parking. I know we are in New York City what are you going to do? But the self parking lot is across the street and it appeared to be closed, garage doors down and barricades up, with no one working in sight. Ended up paying for valet parking which is only $13 more so it's not breaking the bank. Overall the price I paid and the location of the hotel make this place a great deal.

Great location for Hotel position and if you are lucky also for a One World Trade Center view (some Superior Queen Room has this view....starting from floor 3 up to 18-20 the view is really beautiful).
Internet WiFi is good and fast...no password connection too...

Love the location, view at the top of the building was great, food was grear. The room is a bit small, but clean and comfortable. However, if you plan on sharing one room with 4 people, the two beds are too small.
