Horrible place... My mother was there for rehab for 3 months...they said she could walk 65 steps when sent home...she couldn't even stand! She was put in hospital 2 days after released from there with the flu and pneumonia and the flu!! Which put her in kidney failure!!! Stay away from this place!!!!

The facility is always short staffed and residents and patients have to wait a long time for a response to the call bell
The staff complain about each other who always calls out sick on the weekends and they're not very accommodating when you have a complaint. You file a complaint and it goes ignored. Most of the nursing staff atr professional but the AIDS especially the night staff are quite lazy.

Home sweet home. Let me just say this. I tell every resident who is having a meltdown. NO ONE WANTS TO BE HERE. Residents, staff, administrators; like my old man who forever talked longingly about moving to Florida or God knows where else. GROW where your planted, find your own sunshine. It could be a cardboard box! There are entire slums which encircle Rio de Janeiro made of cardboard. Gratitude is everything.

This facility should be shut down! They exist for ratings with insurance companies, not the patient, so dont send your family there! They take medicaid to fill their pockets/beds (as all do) However, this facility has totally lost their concern with the patient, so it's a very dangerous place, as every rating says.
I give them no star and hope they are shut down by the board of health soon!!
