Cloud 9 Vape Cafe

I popped in this place around 6pm on a Sunday evening and spent 115$ on an Evic VTC mini vape machine and accessories. I was immediately put off by the guy behind the counter, he talked a little to fast and seemed a little to eager to make the sale. I ignored my better judgement and went ahead with the purchase anyway. The guy behind the counter spent about 15 to 20 minutes explaining to me how to use it, change the e-juice, etc... The device worked great and I left the store happy with my purchase. Since my Vape pen was still "new" I was using it quite a bit for the rest of the evening and the battery on it was getting low at around 9pm. I plugged it in with the included micro usb cable and nothing happens. I tried several cables I have around the house for cellphones and tablets and still nothing. The unit was a dud and it became very clear to me the moment the battery died I was going to be left with an expensive paperwieght. I would have returned it the same night but they were closed by then, I did the next best thing and headed in there straight after work on Monday. The same guy who sold me this thing took it, tried for several minutes to plug in different cords and then spent another 20 minutes trying to hint I must have broken it in a very passive aggressive manner. It seemed clear what he was trying to do so I politely explained to him I work in IT for a living, I know how to plug in a USB cable. I expected the broken piece to be replaced since it was sold to me like this. This guys tells me "I Charged it for you yesterday when I was explaining how to use it" This was a flat out lie, the batteries are sold separately then the unit and they come fully charged, he never plugged it in since he didn't have to. His offer to rectify this matter was to SELL me a separate battery charger!!!! at this point I'm furious and demanded a replacement or my money back. He tells me he can't do that its up to his boss. I ask for his boss, he says he's not here but he takes my number so his boss can give me a call. Its been 2 days and no one has called. I realized after the fact that he sold me the display model and insisted he had no more to replace it with. the box he gave me was not plastic sealed but the USB cord he says he used to charge it was still inside with the factory twisty in tact. I have a feeling he knew it was broken the day he sold it to me. I told him Im going to leave a honest review on Yelp and Google if they can't make this right. The guy now says I'm "disrespecting him" clearly in the wrong and and with customers leaving the store shocked at what they're hearing from this guy, at this point he's trying to goad me into a physical confrontation. Unwilling to participate in such ignorance any longer I turn to leave the store, as I'm walking out the door I hear the guy clearly say "f**ck this N**gg*r under his breath.

This is my all time favorite store to get my juice from! They always have the newest flavors and brands and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They always remember you when you come in and make shopping a fun enjoyable experience. The owner is awesome, always making sure his customers are satisfied and the store is always neat and clean. They go out of their way for their customers I bought my mod here and couldn't be happier. I definitely recommend checking this shop out, I have yet to find better prices or selection!
