Clifton Martial Arts Academy isn't just a school of how to defend yourself but also how to avoid a fight. The program is a great way to get in shape to, physically and mentally. The head instructor is always enforcing confidence to and to never give up. For example board breaking, even if you cant break the board with one move he will still encourage you to keep trying maybe with a different move. I think everyone should check out Clifton Martial Arts Academy. It is indeed a wonderful school!

I first observed the instructor of Clifton Martial Arts Academy while he taught a children's class. It was obvious to me that he had a lot of experience the way he ran the session and by how he spoke to the students. I liked how he told the kids to use martial arts only for self defense rather than offensive purposes. The fact that the owner is also the head instructor is great. I recommend anyone interested in taking classes to check out Clifton Martial Arts Academy.
