I went in because of chest pains which I was having 2 weeks after falling on a snowboarding trip. Suspected I had a bruised rib. The waiting room was spacious and it was not busy at all. Filled out paperwork and was seen in minutes. As soon as I get escorted into the room the doctor is waiting there ready to do initial tests and asked plenty of questions to get a good diagnosis of me. He said most likely a bruined rib or cartilage but said x-rays would be taken to be safe. X-ray technician was polite and took plenty of shots. After returning to exam room I was not left waiting long before doctor came in to tell results of X-rays. Turns out I had a broken rib. He instructed me what precautions to take and confirmed that I was not at risk of puncturing a lung and showed no signs of pneumonia which could result from rib injury. Overall was a quality and efficient visit.
