I called clean sweep for a cleaning and spoke with a human for once. A crew came by and not only just cleaned out the fire box, they cleaned the pipes along with inspecting the exhaust pipes for my heating unit. They finished the job in a timely manner and cleaned up everything they had brought in. It was a great job and I would highly recommend Clean sweep.

Horrible. I just received a return call from Peter Zarriello. I don't use this type of language often, but the best way to describe Pete is, "pure scum." I had been corresponding with Clean Sweep via email regarding a top sealing damper I wanted to have installed. Everything seemed fine until Pete called this morning noting, "we don't have the damper you are asking for, your chimney is not a refrigerator and you are going to smell soot. I am tired of calling you." I don't think I need to layout how ridiculous Pete's message was. As a result, I will avoid this company for life and would recommend you do the same.
