I used the drop off service several times. Clothes never seemed clean so I started giving them my own detergent. I stopped using them after my white duvet looked like it had been dragged across the floor and had black marks all over it. Some of the staff are also rude. I switched to Island Bubbles, so much better, cheaper and the staff are great.
