Classic Cleaners

I would tend to agree with the previous reviewer. Was just checking dry cleaning prices in Fort Lee area and gave Classic a call. They answer without giving the name or nature of their business. Very unprofessional. Then asked who I wanted, as if I was collecting a debt or trying to contact a bookie. Said I was looking for Classic Dry Cleaning. Then the lady, in very rude fashion, said yes? - declining to confirm that I had called Classic - like it was top secret information. I asked if it was Classic that I reached. She confirmed. Then I asked what their rates were. She said it depends upon the location. I asked her for a number for another location and she apparently did not know it. I said thank you and she abruptly hung up. God forbid I should have called to request something more "pressing" such as when will my laundry be ready or about a pricing error. Stay away from Classic, unless you want heartburn to go along with your laundry. - PJ
