We have had only amazing experiences while servicing our cars with our outmost professional and dependable Joseph Sackson who showed us extreme knowledge, honesty and extreme amazing all together service. The first salesperson, Ross Lubell, out-and-out lied, when I asked about a certified pre-owned car listed on the Internet. He said he had "just sold the car," but that he had another car available (at $5000 more) and offered 3.9% financing. I declined. I knew Audi's site listed 1.9% and a $500 rebate. The next day, when I spoke to another salesperson, I learned the car hadn't been sold and bought it.
The transaction went smoothly, except when I realized after signing the papers that the trade-in value on my old car was not the agreed upon value. It was $500 lower. When I spoke to the two persons involved in my purchase they denied the price difference, said I had already signed the papers, gave me conflicting, nonsensical stories and refused to provide me with the credit.
The adage is so true: Buyer beware.

Clive Perkins was my excellent sales person. He was very patient, courteous and helpful in finding me the car I wanted with features and colors and all that. I admired that he was not pushy or aggressive. Negotiating the price was easy. However what truly stood out for me was how he handled a problem that I had with the car that I had in the first week itself. Rather than pawning me off to the service department, he actually came himself picked up my car, made sure the service department handled it as a priority item. I wished Audi had better quality control but other than that Clive did an exceptional job as a sales person. Truly outstanding in this day and age....

I been dealing with this dealership for over 3 years now but this latest experience was top notch. I decided on an upgrade and was lucky to get Clive Perkins in Sales. He gave me the BEST demonstration of the car features! Even stuff I never knew I had with the previous car. While that was disappointing, Clive made up for it 120%! Negotiations were fair and the process was smooth. Love my new Q5!
