- Poor #53607

I walked in on a Saturday about 1 pm. The store was completely empty, except for me and two salespeople. They were in the middle of the store having a conversation and completely ignored me. Again, I was the only person in the store. I browsed for 5-10 minutes and they still never looked/acknowledged me. I've worked in the shoe business for several years, and even sold for Clarks. Treating a customer like this is unacceptable.
