Clark Vacuum

What an awful experience! My family purchased a vacuum for me - it was over priced and poor quality. I actually think that it was refurbished. But we decided to give them another chance and keep going to support our local mom and pop place. My family took their vacuum to be repaired. They kept it for 7 months! They never called me regarding the work. I called every couple weeks. They promised they were just waiting for a part. Finally in the first week of July they got the part and promised the repair to be complete in days. Two weeks passes and I have not heard from them. I reach out to them. They tell me that the vacuum was unable to be repaired after all. I express my upset to them- they definitely didn't care. I went to pick up the vacuum that day. When I arrived in the store and asked for my vacuum - he said, "its over there" and refused to acknowledge me anymore. I am so disgusted with the treatment. I will never go there again and suggest others to STAY AWAY!!!! They are the WORST!!!
