- Poor #160868

I transferred here from another CKO but the instructors at this one leave much to be desired. They are not motivating, boring, and play terrible music. Playing indie folk music while your punching bags and doing intense cardio...? Who in their right mind does that?! With that said however this is THE best workout u are ever going to get. But maybe go to another CKO? The jersey city one is INCREDIBLE.

I am here from Seattle WA CKO Seattle member. The folks at this lication welcomed me and Vinnie gave me a workout to be proud of! If you havent tried CKO before please please try it! It us truly life changing and if I mived to NYC I would be signing up at this new location!
