I just started 10 days ago and WOW...all i can say is WOW!!!! the place is spotless, employees/owners super nice & helpful. Now... the trainers...OMG - so amazing..,motivating, encouraging, helpful, energetic. i cant say enough about them. i have started doing things exercises (ok burpees, push ups (modified lol) ) that i couldn't before. CKO is helping me get over the plateau that i have been on for some time now. keep up the great work!!!
