love this concept, it's 1 hr of your time not wasted....you have a trainer that will push to exercise the right way...you don't get out of the gym without sweating which means it's absolutely effective....the trainers are awesome

My old workout routine was boring and becoming somewhat of a burden. Then I found CKO through a Groupon offer for an awesome deal. From the first class, I knew I was taking serious steps to achieve my fitness goals. It's been two months now and I've lost 20 pounds. I feel amazing! CKO not only changed my body, but it changed the way I look at fitness. This is exactly what I needed to get back on track to loving my workout routine (and my body!).

My wife's been going here for a while and she's always told me to try it out because of how much she enjoys it. I finally tried a class and it felt great, minus the sore muscles and all. I used to go to the gym and just felt everything to be so repetitive but with this, you have all the different instructors always keeping it interesting.The instructors are very accommodating, especially if it's been a while since you've been to a gym. I highly recommend trying it out. What's the worst that could happen? You lose actually lose a few pounds?
