Clean, well designed place with friendly, efficient staff.
Dr. Dalton was self assured with her diagnosis and offered informed suggestions about my future health care. My prescriptions were forwarded to my pharmacy. All before 10 a.m. on a morning that I woke up with pink eye.

It has adequate parking first of all located in a convenient place. The facility was clean and neat, the staff was welcoming and accommodating. The Doctor was professional and thorough and I was treated in a very timely fashion. I was very satisfied with my visit and treatment. I recommend it to anyone who needs medical care.

Went to the citymd on richmond ave this morning with a sore throat. Was checked in diagnosed and written a script within a 20 minute time frame. Very top notch service. So glad to see they opened one on Staten island. The physician assistant was very kind, caring and courteous. Thanks again. Feeling better already.

Very professional staff, not too long of a wait. Once you get there, you may wait the longest 15 mins to be called in; then wait for the Doctor. Doctor is very attentive and takes her time with you.
