I went in to buy a Ford Explorer and I was more then happy and satisfied with the price I received for my new car but also most Importantly with the service that I received. The sale person Clive Clarke was very understanding of my budget and was able to provide me with exactly what I wanted, price wise and also car quality. I will Definitely will be returning back once my lease is up to continue business with City Ford and will also recommend other individuals to visit City Ford because they are very reasonable, affordable, and understanding with your budget. I was very impressed with City World Ford. All the associates were extremely professional, kind, and informative. My sales associate, Francis Castillo was especially helpful and knowledgeable about every vehicle I inquired about. Finance manager, Chris Acevedo, was also very polite and handled my questions with great patience and explanation. I did my research on the Internet, read the reviews for City World Ford and decided to stop in to express my intention in buying a car. I met Romero upon walking in and he showed nothing but complete interest in selling me a car that met my needs. The Sales Manager Stephen helped me analyze my needs and budget. He made some very informative suggestions. The help he provided for me was exceptional. I received not only professional service from them all but
must admit that I felt like I was at relatives place of business. It doesn't get any better than that. With the help from the Financial Manager Freddy, I was able to drive my 2014 Ford Fusion home the same day! It was much easier than thought. I am really impressed with customer service I received at City World Ford. I must compliment the entire staff. Great people.

Don't come to this place. The manager is disrespectful. Someone bought a car and used my info. The manager laughed in my face. She told me she did not have time did me. If you want the same treatment then go ahead. They are thieves .
