The wine we chose was great but the meat board was low level supermarket grade. The food menu wasn't extensive or that intriguing.
The service was fantastic as was the sunset. All in all I would come back during the summer for a drink.

This is a seafood restaurant next to the Hudson river. i wouldn't recommend that you bring kids here, although they accept children, there food isn't a kids ideal. its nice to sit on their upper deck even if you have to arrive early to get seats up there. its quite loud but the view makes up for it with the whole Hudson river and new jersey in the distance.
I would give this place 2 1/2 stars but it doesn't let me do 1/2 stars so i just put 2.

Absolutely horrendous service at the "downstairs bar." Come here if you'd like to spend your evening jockeying for an opportunity to order from one of the inattentive bartenders who spend most of their time deliberately dodging eye contact with customers so that they don't have to deal with their dissatisfaction. How long does it take to pour wine from a tap? The sky's the limit at City Vineyard!
Pros: phenomenal location and views, great atmosphere, great wine!
Cons: long waits, inattentive bartenders, painfully obnoxious clientele!
I was hoping that City Vineyard would be a nice addition to the neighborhood--so much for that!

Good atmosphere and views. Subpar service. Waited 15 minutes just to get a menu and another 15 minutes before ordering. Phenomenal company made it all good. It's not where you are, it's who you're with.
