DON'T COME HERE.. GAVE IT A TRY AND THEY DID A HORRIBLE JOB...HAVE A BUNCH OF MEXICANS RUNNING THE PLACE AND HAVE NO CLUE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!

By far the worst car wash ever too expensive and terrible cleaning

I went for a car wash last week and was pleased. This week I realized it was time for an oil change so thought I would give them a try. Before I committed, I asked the person at the desk if they had my filter in stock AND whether they could reset the computer so the oil change countdown would be accurate. They obviously knew the make and model. When I went to get my car and leave, I saw the countdown wasn't reset. Thinking they had overlooked it, I asked the tech to take care of it, but he said they couldn't do it because it was a BMW. Now, instead of convenience, I have to make an appointment at the dealership, and probably pay for them to reset my computer. Don't tell me the answer you think I want to hear, tell me the truth.

I am very disappointed. I spent 187.00 for the complete cleaning job. The cleaning was quite good, but the vacuuming and shampooing could have been better. Worse, they did not put the mats back in place, just threw them in, not in place, and in order to put them in back place the seats need to be removed. When I went back and complained about that, as well as the vacuuming job, It did not help much.
