Great bmw service also took my Audi a4 in to get smoke tested for a boost leak and they treated me with great respect and made sure everything was running right on my car.

This guy who wrote this review is a scammer. He tried to use his insurance company to pay his bill and they denied him so now he wants his money back. Not going to fool me in my shop, we do quality work here check my Facebook reviews. I don't like dishonest people that try to get over, not going to happen here!

HORRIBLE PLACE STAY AWAY

Hey guys I have an 07 BMW 525i. I heard some knocking noise so I took it in. I met a guy named Rob who looked at my car with a few other guys. After a while they told me I needed new struts. I had my struts replaced and the noise got louder. A few weeks later I took it back (because I was out of the state) and they looked at it again. They told me I needed new control arms, I paid them for OEM control arms and they said they installed it and everything should be fine. A few hours after the installation I was on my way to Upstate NY when the noise got worse and a bunch of status lights went off on my car. I pulled into the nearest BMW and had them look at my car. Turns out that this company not only ripped me off and put in aftermarket parts instead of the OEM ones but these guys also incorrectly installed the parts causing more damage to my car. I contacted them for a refund they told me to ship the parts back and they will refund me my money. That was almost 4 months ago. Currently consulting with a lawyer building a case to sue those bastards not only for fraud but also for endangering my life and the life of the occupants in the car.

Turns out that a tie rod had some issues and it was a $200... 10 minute fix.
