This bank gave me the wrong number for my direct deposit. They should hire people with quality. Not to stand up and look pretty.

- Poor #140707

Very poor customer service. I tried cashing a Citi Bank check at this location and they did not cash the check because it was from a Citi Bank in a different state. NO GOOD!! Bank somewhere else. This branch does not honor Citi Bank checks which are their own checks
