Closed my account with them.

Didn't have my bank card but had my ID. Went to take 20 bucks out of my account and deposit three very large checks. Would not give me cash from my checking w/o a check.

I threatened to close my account unless they did. It took that to get 20 bucks from an account with over a thousand in it.

Customer service here was atrocious.

I never deposited the checks (Tax Refund and business checks) and used them to open a new account at another bank.
