First off let me start by saying that I have been with Citibank in excess of 5 years. I did a wire transfer and specifically told the banker to send it in USD. Well apparently these bankers have an issue with listening and need to be trained better in this area. She ended up transferring the money in the foreign currency and the bank rejected it. So that was July 27, 2009. It is now August 22, 2009 and citibank has no idea where my transfer is. In addition to this review I am contacting the Better Business Bureau. Let us just say that I have four accounts with this bank. All four will be closed this week including my business account. So long Citibank, I hope you dig yourself in such a hole that you can never come out of it.
