Circle Family Dental Center

I went with a friend just to see how the place was and a visit she waited 2.5m for took 5m!... then i asked reception when was the next appt for 1st time she said mid april!! Didnt even look in the computer to see if there was any cancelations or r/s or even attempted to work around anything... are you serious!!!

Please DO NOT go to this dentist.

I felt like brushing my teeth would have done the same thing. I told the doctor that I haven't been to the dentist in a couple years and I already have a lot of fillings. The dentist scanned my mouth and was like there's a cavity. After that, he literally spent 5 mins cleaning my teeth. The appointment was very rushed and not thorough at all. He did not individually clean each tooth and I left with my teeth feeling just as dirty as they were when I came in. The whole time he was cleaning my teeth, he was splashing water in my face too, which isn't a big deal. I asked if that was it, because it only took 5 mins and he said they were clean. I flossed as soon as I got home to make sure I wasn't crazy and sure enough there was decent amount of plague. Additionally, he did not do the gum test.

Apparently, I have a cavity, but if this guy cannot clean my teeth properly, I'm sure he won't be able to fill it properly. To say the least, it wasted my time and kind of put a damper on my day. I cancelled my filling appointment on the way home and told them I would be writing this review, of course the receptionist didn't care.

Had a 2:45 appointment but was not seen until 5:00PM. I was told that they were backed up. This is not a very nice way to do business. This is always the case in this dental office. I would not like anyone else to experience this. This can be very frustrating. I would not recommend anyone to this office.
