Avoid this shop!!!
When you take your car to a mechanic you assume that when you leave the work will be done and be done correctly and it won't result in additional problems.
We were in town with car and had a water pump issue. We took our car to Shak to get it repaired. After paying and driving the car, it turns out that they didn't replace bolts as they should of and caused more damage to the vehicle. The other shop we took to review the work said "very poor workmanship". He may seem friendly and trusting, but he doesn't know what he is doing.
Now in the process of communicating with the shop, the employees are avoiding phone calls, resulting in even more frustration.
