Just like most people, when I found out I needed full mouth gum surgery, I was a bit worried about the actual surgery, its outcome and post operation downtime. On my very first visit Dr Neil Finn reassured me, educated me and made me feel comfortable making this difficult and dreaded decision. The doctor gave me all the information pertaining to the surgery, what it would look like, how I would feel after, what the downtime period would be and how I would need to take care of the treat the area post operation. He set the right expectations, made me feel at ease about my decision and any questions I had, but without making me feel like a big baby and without over promising, which I do not appreciate. Honesty, professional and detailed service combined with care and attention were what I wanted, received and am very grateful for, all for a very fair price. I could not have wished or expected more. Two weeks post my scary surgery, I feel great, had no complications and would very strongly recommend Dr Neil Finn to anyone looking for quality Periodontics work.
