Whenever I am in the States I reroute for time with Christine.

If I could give Christine Chin Spa no stars I would! I have never written a review on a company but feel I need to now.

After six years of being a loyal costumer, spending more money then I want to admit on services (every six weeks) and tons of products, I had to cancel an appointment within the 24 hour cancellation period and was charged the entire service. I asked to speak to a manager or Christine and no one would call me back! I understand there are rules, but I also feel there should be a feeling of costumer loyalty. I would have been happy to pay a cancellation fee, but paying for the entire service is outrageous. To top it off, I called 10 min before my service was about to begin to say I actually thought I could make it. They had already rebooked AND are still charging me.

I feel so duped spending so much money at a place that does not value customer loyalty. I am so upset and angry I have been treated this way, when I have been so nice to everyone who works there- even though they were never, ever very nice.

Christine Chin is not the only game in town. Sure your skin will look good when you leave there, but it never looked any better then it did when I went for facials elsewhere. Take my word for it and avoid Christine Chin and her miserable staff at all costs.

Fabulous spa. I come here and after I go shop for vintage Chanel down the street at Pilgrim NY. I call it my little "pilgrimmage". A relaxing facial, sometimes extractions, and then I go shopping. Also drinks at Barrio Chino around the corner. This area is real authentic New York and independent minded so it feels very free here and I like the professional service I receive here. People are very nice always to me. The facials are the best anywhere you can ever get. I love coming and I always leave glowing.
