Christie Overhead Door

Crook. Had a yearly remote rental due and instead of calling me for the payment for the year, they invoice me a bill thru junkmail. I ask the agent why not call me to remind me and her answer was big corporations only email. This happened twice. Very rude on the phone and will talk over your questions. Garage door broke 75% of the times. poor service!

About two years ago we had different company install a new glass and aluminum motorized-overhead door for our storefront, but that company botched the job entirely and the door didn't lay or work correctly. I checked the door manufacturer's website and found that Christie is an authorized dealer/servicer. They came with a truly professional team that reinstalled the entire door and track, making it look and work perfectly. Recently, the rubber seals for the door that the first company had cheaply painted over started to peel and flake (because they didn't care to get the right colored part to begin with). I called Christie and within a day they came out and replaced the part with the correct piece and for a reasonable price. Thanks so much and I'm glad to know if the door needs servicing in the future I have Christie to do the work.
