Staff were wonderful extremely helpful and made me feel at ease in the store

It was an Amazing experience shopping at the Horatio store.
I've been wanting to get a pair of these red sole for a while now. So I called the store to get their hours and by the time I showed there, they were closed and i decided to go to Bergdorf Goodman. I was assisted and bought the shoe but left with mixed feelings. the next day I contacted Bergdorf by phone about my purchase and could not have anyone to speak to me. I felt frustrated, went to the store and returned the shoe and left for the Horatio store which, was not easy to find but once I got there, I was welcomed with a smile from the security person. I was assisted by Patrick who patiently made me try a dozen of pair and just like in a Victoria's secret store (the comparison here is important) sized, explained, suggested and advised me thoroughly for a couple hours before I made a decision. This customer assistance exceeded my expectations. I did not feel rushed and even at the cashier, Nicole (whose energy is exceptional) made sure I was happy with my shoe. I forgot the name of the other members who were in the store at the time but all I can say is that this experience was definitely amazing. Please disregard some negative comment that can lead you to think otherwise. I never rate, review or leave comments(this is my first one ever). God willing, I am planning to get few more pairs before the end of the year just to add to my collection.

Me and my boyfriend drove all the way from Long Island to this store, we didn't expect the service to be as warm and friendly as we got once we walked in the store. Michael Nitis and his team were extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely be visiting again and I will also tell my friends about the store!!!
I usually do not write reviews on stores but this kind of professionalism should be recognize.

I m in the store waiting patiently for 30 min to speak to an employee. They are all so busy so I m waiting for my turn to come as I ve already asked for help from the only woman in store and she would be with me as soon as she could. And then all of the sudden a new customer is arriving and the saleswoman starts to help her. And when I complained another salesman come to help. So I thank Tristian for his great help but my opinion is that the rest of the stuff was pretty lazy. ....... I had my family in the car outside waiting for me for more than an hour! Huge difference from the store at Madison's street! !!!

We arrived at 3 PM today, Saturday the 26th only to be told (in an extremely unprofessional and rude fashion) that the store was full and we'd have to wait. After waiting several minutes for two people to leave, we were scolded by the doorman for trying to enter, and told we'd have to continue to wait until he was ready. Never have I seen such awful customer service from such a high end store. The doorman was unbelievably curse and dismissive, and essentially singlehandedly lost multiple customers for the store. Until he's gone we will not be returning
