Chopsticks

I made a simple order of chicken wings with veg. lo mein, I received burnt chicken wings with plain lo mien. The receipt says veg. lo mein, I paid for veg. lo mein. So I called them and told them the order was wrong, they say ok, 30 minutes later no food, call again "we'll send it when we have time" ok fine their busy. Another 30 minutes later still no food, call again "its on its way". OK fine at this point I give up, I throw out the burnt chicken and plain lo mein. Then proceed to look for something else to eat. No this review is not done yet! they show up another 30 minutes later. I go to the door to get the food and the guy pulls it away from me?! demanding that I give him the food I threw away! So I go over to the trash can take it out and put it back into the container and HE TAKES IT! so yes I will never eat here again.

I ordered from them using the grubhub app. I had to wait over an hour and a half for them to deliver my order complain complain complain and still wait I was about to call and cancel when they finally showed up. Then they charge 30 cents extra and every one of the orders that have chicken wings just to cut the wings up but they didn't cut it up. When is so many prodded for so many people that 30 cents adds up

I ordered from here and received nothing 3 hours later. Not even a phone call to say that they're unable to deliver. Albeit, there was a storm today, but the store continues to take orders and process transactions. I called Seamless 5 minutes ago and waited over 10 minutes, just to be told that the store had closed early. Seamless tells me this, not the store. Great communication.

The worse service ever.. Please people dont do it to yourself...
